By accessing or using Stratiic ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Stratiic provides AI-powered tools for company research and RFP (Request for Proposal) document generation. The Service includes company analysis, AI-assisted content writing, document generation, and export capabilities. Features may vary depending on your subscription plan.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You may not use another person's account without permission.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscription and Billing

Stratiic offers Free and Professional subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Generate false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated means to access the Service beyond its intended interface
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or generate using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your RFPs, analyses, or other documents.

7. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed before use. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of AI-generated content. Stratiic does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose. You assume full responsibility for how you use generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stratiic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
